Mother's Day

Today was my first official Mother's Day and unfortunately I've come down with a cold but I still received the royal treatment.  I got to sleep in, had a pancake breakfast, and a wonderful relaxing day at home with my two favorite boys.  Reese and Jeremy had some presents waiting for me when I got up.

Several weeks ago, we got new bikes and then had to hunt for a helmet small enough for Reese.  We finally got everything together and we've been practicing wearing the helmet inside so he's used to it.

We took our inaugural ride today and Reese thought it was pretty cool.  It was a little chilly for more than a quick ride around the neighborhood but we're excited for all the adventures we can take this summer. What a great Mother's Day!
