Lindsay's Birthday!

Sunday (the 14th) was Lindsay's birthday and I planned a birthday full of fun and exploring for all of us. The day started out with presents, then we hopped in the car for our adventure:

We headed about an hour south of Indy to Brown County State Park. After stopping at the lodge, we went out for a hike.

Palmer had a great time riding around on my back:

We went on a 2+ mile hike and about half way through the hike, we found a great overlook spot:

The boys were both very excited to have an apple during the break on our hike:

After the hike, we headed into Nashville, IN, just a few miles from the park to grab some lunch and walk around town.

We took a quick break to let the boys play on the courthouse lawn and they had a blast:

After a fun day exploring Indiana, what better way to celebrate than with cupcakes from Sweeties?

The boys did a great job helping Lindsay blow out her candles.
