It's hard to believe that Palmer is already 5 months old. Lindsay brought him in for some more vaccinations this week and he weighted 14 lbs. 7 oz. What is even harder to believe is how much he looks like Reese at 5 months.
Palmer has been flipping over at night a lot and many times we'll come in to get him and he's sleeping on his tummy.
He has been sitting in his bumbo more recently and has been trying a few new solids: rice cereal, prunes and peas and applesauce.
His favorite songs are "She'll be Comin' Round the Mountain" and "Mama's Little Baby Loves Shortnin' Bread".
Whenever we take long car trips (like heading up to South Haven recently), Reese usually puts his headphones on and watches a movie. Palmer then starts making lots of noises and stares at Reese hoping to get his attention. It's been really cool watching the two of them interact and seeing how much Reese loves to make Palmer laugh and how much Palmer loves to watch everything Reese does.
Lindsay set up a construction site on Reese's craft table and he had fun playing with everything:
Reese's favorite new toy is a grabber that Cici bought for him at Target.
