After a long, hot summer it finally cooled down in early September and we took the opportunity to bundle up and head to the park on Labor Day. I don't know that I've ever seen a Labor Day where the temps only hit 65°, but it was all right with me.
We all headed down to Garfield Park, just south of downtown and had a great time
Reese loved the slides.
Reese loved the zipline, but he doesn't quite get the concept of holding on with both hands yet.
The swings were also a big hit.
We actually went to Garfield Park when Reese was about 6 weeks old and we hadn't been back until last week. We had a great time.
