Wow, this has been a busy few weeks! Lindsay's parents and brother came into town for the Thanksgiving and we had a great time. Reese really enjoyed having even more people to dote on him and it was great having family in town for Thanksgiving. This was our second time hosting Thanksgiving dinner and we had a blast.

Thanksgiving was also our fourth anniversary. Rather than going out for dinner, we decided to give our bedroom a makeover. As I'm sure is the case with most people, we made changes to most of our other rooms before doing anything with our room. It had been more than 2 years since we'd moved into the house and our room still looked the same as it did the day we moved in.
Lindsay came up with a great plan and we made a headboard and some curtains for the room. Lindsay, her mom, dad and brother all helped to paint the room. We also hung some pictures and bought a new comforter for the bed. Now it feels like a completely different room and we did it all for less than $100!

Now the part you really want to hear about. Reese has been busy learning new skills for a while now. In addition to eating new foods, rolling over and babbling all the time, he's also starting to sit up on his own. Video proof is below.
