6 Month Update


Today was Reese's 6 Month Birthday and to celebrate, we went down to Monument Circle to see the Christmas lights. Lindsay and I have driven downtown to see the Christmas lights for the past few years, and tonight was the perfect night for Reese's first time.

Here he is ready to head downtown.


Here are some of the things Reese has been doing around 6 months:

  • He's begun sitting up unassisted. But mostly, he likes to flop on his stomach so he can try to move around.
  • He's constantly flipping from back to front, then to the back again.
  • He's trying to get his legs beneath him in at attempt to crawl.
  • He's been flipping to his stomach while he's restlessly trying to fall asleep during naps, so we'll occasionally come in after a nap and he'll be asleep on his stomach.
  • He's tried pureed blueberries and green beans
  • He is OBSESSED with Rosie and she's equally obsessed with licking his hands, feet and - when she can get away with it - his face.
