Yesterday was Lindsay's due date and she's threatened to start charging the baby rent if it's not out by Monday. The ultrasound above was actually taken today. 40 Weeks and 1 Day. We went to see the Doctor again and, because Lindsay hit her due date with no action, they decided to do an ultrasound and a non-stress test. Lindsay and the baby passed both with flying colors, so it's a waiting game now. We've been telling the baby about the great room we have set up for him/her and how nice we and Rosie are, but nothing's worked so far.
Lindsay is feeling better than you'd expect for being past her due date. Definitely uncomfortable and tired at times, but she's doing pretty well. We have spent our past couple of weekends and evenings walking, eating spicy foods, drinking raspberry tea and eating pineapples. All things we've heard can help move the baby along. Hopefully Aubie understands that we're just ready to meet him/her.
