While Reese's real birthday isn't for a few more days, we hosted his party in early June since we'd be in Denver for his actual birthday.
Like just about any 7-year-old boy, Reese is obsessed with Star Wars, so, of course, he wanted a Star Wars-themed birthday party this year (here's his 6th, 5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st birthday parties).

We had Jedi Training academy where each kid got a Padawan outfit.
Once they conquered their challenges (like destroying the Death Star)....
...they were rewarded with Lightsabers that they used to defeat Darth Vader.
Reese had an awesome birthday party and loved having his friends from school be able to celebrate with him.
