Well, it's August, so that means it's time for the Indiana State Fair. (See our state fair posts from the past here: 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009). We, of course, went on $2 Tuesday, with $2 admission and $2 samples throughout the fair:
It was Palmer's first visit to the fair and he was very excited!
Reese was obsessed with getting some cotton candy and he kept asking about it every 5 minutes until we got some for him:
Palmer even got in on the cotton candy action:
And, since it was The Year of Popcorn at the fair this year we just had to get a picture of Reese with the World's Largest Popcorn Ball:
Palmer got to participate in Little Hands on the Farm with Reese this year:
Reese had a great time picking up apples, eggs and other things at the exhibit:
He even got to ride a "real" John Deere:
And sat inside a tractor wheel that was 3-4 times bigger than he was:
Reese even got the opportunity to feed some goats:
Palmer enjoyed his first trip to the fair and is already looking forward to trip #2!
