Reese has had yet another exciting month. Butler played for the Men's Basketball National Championship for the second straight year (but again, they came up short), so late March and early April were pretty exciting in our house. Reese really loved the Butler shirt that Lindsay made for him.
Here he is playing in his Easter themed sensory tub - pink Easter grass, Easter Eggs, a green bucket and (of course) a spoon.
Here's the aftermath...
I had the day off on Good Friday, so we headed to the Children's Museum and got to play with dinosaurs and trains.
Just before we headed home, Reese got to ride on a lion on the ferris wheel on the 4th floor of the museum.
We also ran into Jaime, Scott and Connor as well as Carrie, Ryan and Maggie while we were at the museum. It was a great way to spend a day off work.
Here are just a few things Reese has been up to during his 22nd month:
- He's repeating EVERYTHING
- He's really into any kind of truck, train or dinosaur and he loves firetrucks and firefighters (but, don't worry, he's still obsessed with Elmo)
- He's doing really well with animal names and noises and can identify a handful of colors pretty accurately (yellow, blue, green, pink, orange)
- He's just started stringing 2 words together, saying things like "down please" "dada help" and other phrases
love the butler shirt! glad we ran into you all!
